A letter from a happy parent:
On July 12, 2006 I accompanied my son’s preschool (The Family School) on a field trip to the Zoo. I knew it would be the perfect opportunity to bring the characters of his favorite cartoon movie (Madagascar) to life. It was the most amazing trip that we have ever been on in his two years of life. We walked around and were able to see Meerkats, Zebras, Lions, Monkeys, Penguins, Polar Bears, Tigers, Giraffes, and Lemurs (Animals with yellow eyes like in Madagascar). It was so much fun to see all the children & adults having a good time. After all of the morning walking, we sat down to have a lunch at a place called Wildlife Theater. We ended up watching a short show about owls & snakes that was interesting. The most memorable thing to me was the petting zoo, an area where the kids could feed, touch and brush the goats. It was a totally fun experience that I wouldn’t mind doing again! Thanks to The Family School for showing my son and I a wonderful experience.
