STRIVE
Employment Training
Using the nationally recognized STRIVE System, The Family School
trains and places program graduates into jobs that offer opportunities
for advancement. After placement, trained counselors offer two years
of follow-up and support.

STRIVE
for Success in Customer service
A three week program developed in partnership with Nordstrom, a leading
department store with a reputation for excellent customer service.
Partipants will learn Customer Service Basics, Communication Skills,
Salesmanship, Complaint Resolution, Leadership, and Workplace Ethics.
Job placement assistance and a certificate of completion awarded to
individuals successfully completing program requirements. |

Fathers Being Responsible"
A program designed to support fathers in their quest to become increasingly
responsible for the legal, financial and emotional support of their
children.

Youth
Development
A comprehensive and integrated program serving YO! eligible youth
18-21. This program offers these youth GED preparation, Youth Leadership
Training, and STRIVE.

Child
Development Centers
The Family School is committed to meeting the needs of families who
cannot afford to pay the high cost of child care. The Family School
operates two licensed child development centers which serve a total
of 42 children ages six months to five years. |
